Zinc is an essential trace mineral which is required in greater amounts than any other trace mineral except Iron. It’s many functions in the body include it’s contribution to normal cognitive and immune system function, the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and vision, DNA synthesis, cell division and protection of cells from oxidative damage. Zinc also contributes to normal fertility and reproductive health in both men and women.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
