Sona Omega 3 cholesterol free provides Omega 3 Fatty Acids, EPA and DHA, without any extra cholesterol. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE capsule ONE – THREE times daily with meals or as directed by your health professional. Consult doctor before use: If you have or had a bleeding disorder, are on blood thinners or daily aspirin or if you plan to have or have had recent surgery. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
