Sona Calcium with Vitamin D contains 600mg of Calcium with added Vitamin D for optimum absorption. Calcium and Vitamin D are important for normal bones and teeth, cell division and muscle function. Calcium is also needed for blood coagulation, function of digestive enzymes, neurotransmission and energy. Vitamin D is important for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammatory response.
How to use
Ages 12+: Take ONE tablet daily.
Pregnant & Lactating: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily.
Ages 50+: Take ONE tablet TWICE daily or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Pregnant and lactating women should consult with their doctors before taking this or any other supplement. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
